General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk999a ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk999a platform at tk999a.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

tk999a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tk999a platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued access to the platform after notification of updated Terms constitutes full acceptance of those changes.

The tk999a platform is operated as an online entertainment service. All content, games, odds, and features are provided for the personal entertainment of registered adult users in Bangladesh. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any financial return. Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are not predictable.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the tk999a platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. tk999a is an 18+ platform without exception.
• You are accessing the platform from Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of tk999a, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from using gambling services.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity during the registration process or at any subsequent point will have their account permanently closed. All funds held in such an account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances, are subject to forfeiture. tk999a may report suspected fraudulent age misrepresentation to relevant authorities where required.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household cannot access the tk999a platform. We strongly recommend using parental control software on shared devices. If you become aware that a minor has accessed tk999a using your account or has opened their own account, please contact support at [email protected] immediately.

Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the tk999a platform, including placing bets, participating in casino games, and processing financial transactions, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

The following rules govern account registration and management on tk999a:

• Each player may register and maintain only one account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.
• You must provide a valid email address and a mobile number that you personally own and control. These are used for account verification, security alerts, and support communications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. tk999a will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team.
• You must notify tk999a immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Contact our support team at [email protected]. tk999a is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
• Account credentials are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your tk999a account. Accounts found to have been transferred or sold will be permanently closed.
• tk999a reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point, including copies of government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

tk999a processes all personal data collected during registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communications related to your use of the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk999a platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk999a supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Nagad — digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited
• Upay — digital wallet service
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — direct bank account transfer
• BRAC Bank — direct bank account transfer
• City Bank — direct bank account transfer

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned to the source. Winnings derived from third-party deposits may be forfeited. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering standards.

tk999a does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees independently of tk999a. These external fees, where applicable, are outside tk999a's control and are the responsibility of the player.

tk999a implements transaction monitoring as part of its anti-fraud and responsible gaming programme. Unusual transaction patterns, large or frequent withdrawals inconsistent with deposit history, or transactions that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds may be subject to enhanced review, additional verification requirements, and temporary processing delays.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk999a offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by the promotion-specific terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on tk999a contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Sports bets may have minimum odds requirements. Full game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to completion within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is in progress may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time. If you wish to opt into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active, you must either complete the wagering requirement or forfeit the existing bonus before doing so.
• Bonus Abuse: tk999a operates sophisticated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements. Any detected abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are offered at tk999a's discretion. Eligibility for these promotions may be subject to minimum account age, minimum deposit history, or other qualifying criteria stated in the promotion details. tk999a is not obligated to offer any specific promotion at any given time and reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions with reasonable notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk999a platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may lead to permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. tk999a reserves the right to report serious violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the tk999a platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any mechanical or electronic device to assist in betting decisions, place bets, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner without express written permission from tk999a.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known software error are not valid and will be reversed. You are required to report suspected bugs to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that uses tk999a's payment infrastructure to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to manipulate sports outcomes in markets offered on tk999a's sportsbook.
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or members of the tk999a support team.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any tk999a system, database, account, or infrastructure component.

tk999a monitors all account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged by our security systems are subject to review before any withdrawal is processed. During a review period, affected accounts may be temporarily restricted. tk999a will communicate the reason for any restriction to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

tk999a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Detection of multi-accounting or identity fraud.
• A request from the player to self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming programme.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe following closure.

Where an account is closed by tk999a due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature and severity of the breach. tk999a will provide written notification of the closure reason and any balance forfeiture decision to the email address registered on the account.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk999a and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the tk999a platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical faults that affect the availability or outcome of games or betting markets.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials adequately.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game results caused by a data feed error from a third-party provider, subject to the right of tk999a to void affected bets and return stakes.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by tk999a's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. Where tk999a's liability cannot be excluded entirely, it is limited to the greater of the total deposits made by the player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

tk999a provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, high-quality service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of tk999a, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. We are committed to resolving all complaints promptly and fairly. Our target response time for all formal complaints is 48 hours from receipt, with resolution within 14 business days for straightforward matters and up to 28 business days for complex cases requiring detailed investigation.
